When will my order ship?
Because we are shipping live insects to you, certain policies must be followed for their safe arrival on a timely basis. All orders must be submitted by 12:00pm Noon, Pacific Standard Time (PST), every Thursday for delivery the next week. Most orders are shipped the following Monday.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are dependent on a few different things: commercial or residential address, location, also box dimensions and weight. We always package your order in a way to save you the most on shipping costs.
Because of the live nature of the product all shipments are scheduled to be delivered overnight from the time of packaging. This helps ensure that you receive the product in the most lively and effect condition.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, we must receive:
- A valid telephone number for shipment of Live Beneficial Insects
- A valid home or business shipping address. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
- Please note whether it is a commercial or residential address.
International Shipping
Delays of shipping may occur during Canadian or US holidays. In these few instances, Natural Enemies, LLC will let you know ahead of time the different arrival dates.
In order to preserve the environment and keep product costs as low as possible, we will sometimes ship in recycled papers and cardboard. They are packaged with the same care as a company that ships in all new materials.
Be sure to give us a shipping address where someone will be there to accept the package. We will not be responsible for live shipments left unattended or undeliverable.
Alive and Thriving
We strive for each customer's complete satisfaction. Because of this, we guarantee our product to arrive thriving and viable. The day your order is shipped, an invoice, along with a FedEx tracking number will be attached via email disclosing the date of delivery. If for some reason you feel the product has been compromised, immediately call us at 503-342-6698. It is imperative you call at the time of receipt, or at least the day of delivery by 4pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
When deemed appropriate, we will replace the product free of charge or offer a full refund. Replacements will ship with the following week’s orders.
We do not accept returns of our product.

If you have changes to your order, call us at 503-342-6698 at least one hour prior to Friday’s ordering time (12pm Pacific Standard Time).
Orders cannot be changed after 11am on Friday.
