Most of our products contain living organisms. We must follow specific procedures to guarantee their freshness to you- Expedited shipping/delivery is not available. Orders will ship per the deadlines below.
Shipping Timeline: Standard Products

Combined Orders: Orders with both extended lead time and regular products will ship together on the extended lead time product's date.

On the day your order ships we'll send an email with a link titled “Your Package Has Shipped” containing tracking information for your shipment. The status of your shipment can be viewed at Tracking | UPS - United States.

Product Total Up To $149 = Flat Rate of $35
Product Total $150+ = FREE SHIPPING

All of our live products, except sachets, are shipped in an Eco-friendly shipping box with high quality ice packs to preserve their viability. The sachets are shipped in their own carton.
Non-live products (e.g. traps) may be shipped in cardboard boxes or mailing envelopes.
Beneficial insects have a very short life expectancy, so they need to be introduced into the crop as soon as possible after their arrival. Storing your products for any length of time past 24 hours or under conditions different from those listed on the package will have a negative effect on quality and function of the products. Koppert USA is not liable for any loss of efficacy if the product is stored for longer than recommended and/or under incorrect conditions.
Your order confirmation contains all the details about the products that will be delivered. If there is anything missing from your order confirmation or any of the information needs to be corrected, please contact our Customer Care Team at orders@koppert.com.
If there is anything missing from your order once you receive it, please report this within 3 business days of receipt of shipment by emailing customer service at orders@koppert.com.
If your products were not delivered or were delivered more than 2 days after they shipped, please report this within 3 days of expected receipt to customer service at orders@koppert.com.
